Bread Dippers
Both the Garlic and Basil, and the Oriental bread dippers make a great addition to any party platter, antipasto platter or garden picnic spread. They are easy to serve and require practically no preparation (simply shake and pour).

Serving Suggestions:
Place dippers in decent sized dipping bowls and accompany with a variety of fresh sliced breads, cheeses, cold meats, and other toppings of your liking (ie olives, figs, etc).

The Oriental dipping oil will turn your classic stir-fry creation into a marvelously refreshing and delicious new meal. The Garlic and Basil dipping oil puts a wonderful new twist on any tired green salad. It is also wonderful to cook with and is especially tasty in any of your favourite Italian dishes (eg pasta, pizza).

Both dippers in the Bishop Grove range ideally complement the Dukkah. Simply dip a piece of bread in your favourite dipper, then dip the bread into the Dukkah and enjoy the contrasting texture and taste of soft fresh bread and crisp mixed seeds.

As mentioned above, the Dukkah is a delicious mixture of fresh seeds and seasoning. This mixture works wonderfully with fresh bread and dipping oil, or simply sprinkled over buttered bread or toast.

Serving Suggestions:
Other yummy serving suggestions include sprinkling the Dukkah over piping hot steamed veggies. Or, to add a delightfully different element to both the flavour and texture of the Dukkah, sprinkle it over a slice of bread and place it under the grill for a few minutes.

Fig & Caramelised Onion Jam
This sweet relish is absolutely divine with practically any mixture of cheeses and crackers. It brings a savoury platter to life with its sweet undertones by surprising and delighting the taste buds.

Serving Suggestions:
Fig & Caramelised Onion Jam wonders with a host of barbecued meats. A favourite is to spread it on top of a (grilled to perfection) barbecue steak. This jam, however, should not be limited to the traditional bbq steak. Be creative! Try making some barbecue skewers, and either marinate in the jam, or liberally spread the jam over them.

Simple homemade snacks and lazy Sunday night dinners can also become more special with this versatile jam. For example, try spreading it on some toast, add your favourite cheese, some salt and pepper, and you have the makings of a deliciously filling, quick and easy treat.

Chilli Tomato Chutney
Once again, this chutney, like our other jams and relishes, works beautifully with all of your favourite cheeses and crackers. It makes every platter you serve interesting and, most importantly, delicious.

Serving Suggestions:
This chutney can make a very easy yet totally irresistible dip that goes perfectly with crackers, chips and bread sticks etc. Simply mix half a tub of Chilli Tomato Chutney with one tub of sour cream and a small handful of grated cheese. If that sounds a bit too damaging to the waistline, simply use extra light sour cream and cheese. Please refrigerate if not served immediately.

Caramelised Capsicum
This is a truly versatile condiment. It can be served hot or cold as an appetizer, or as the sauce of a main dish.

Serving Suggestions:
This delectable chutney styled spread is a must have for any platter, as it is great on its own or with a cracker. It is fantastic tipped over a soft cheese (ie Brie or Camembert). It also brilliantly accompanies any deli meats and makes a basic sandwich spring to life with new flavour. When smothered on a big juicy sizzling barbecue steak or homemade burger, it creates a taste sensation.

What's more, the Caramelised Capsicum can rid you of the age-old dinnertime dilemma, suffered by all chefs:

'What quick and easy meal can I make that will keep everyone happy?'

The Answer...

Caramelised Capsicum Chicken
(Special 15 Minute Recipe)

1 jar or Caramelised Capsicum
½ tub of sour cream (extra light if you're watching your waistline)
800gm of chicken breast or thigh (diced)
1 onion (diced)

Saute the onion and chicken until chicken starts to brown.
Pour over the Caramelised Capsicum and sour cream.
Simmer for a further 10 minutes (stirring occasionally).
Serve with your choice of rice, noodles, veggies etc. Enjoy!
